Dr. Dennis Winter and his wife, Loredana, founders, and owners of Iowa Face + Body, are committed to providing excellent patient care as a standout, leading medical spa in West Des Moines.

Both Dr. Winter and his wife are dentists who have spent the greater part of their careers in private dental practice in both Iowa and Rome, Italy. During their decades of experience in the dental field, they have been able to see the amazing boosts in self-confidence their patients receive from certain cosmetic dental procedures. Being able to see these remarkable benefits enjoyed by their patients led the Winters to their current passion, medical spa services.

As medical professionals, Dennis and Loredana Winter are proud to be able to offer select aesthetic procedures that provide subtle yet remarkable results. Their goal is to bring the same life-changing self-confidence they’ve seen through dentistry to the men and women of West Des Moines at Iowa Face and Body.

Justine was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in NP and has been in practice for 22 years. Justine's favorite part about being on the Iowa Face + Body Team is helping our patient clients feel better about themselves. Justine is a Certified Cosmetic Injector with a special love for RF Microneedling because of the undeniable results. Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with her children and her two American Bullies!

Kenzie was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She is an Aveda Institute graduate and has been in the industry for 13 years. Kenzie loves that Iowa Face + Body is a Family-Owned Medical Spa, dedicated to the patient-client experience with the most advanced treatment options on the market. Kenzie has a passion for education within the industry and enjoys spreading knowledge to as many clients as possible. Outside of work, Kenzie enjoys sunshine, being near water & hanging out with her family of five!
