Dr. Dennis Winter and his wife, Loredana, founders and owners of Iowa Face + Body, are committed to providing excellent patient care as a standout, leading medical spa in West Des Moines.
Both Dr. Winter and his wife are dentists who have spent the greater part of their careers in private dental practice in both Iowa and in Rome, Italy. During their decades of experience in the dental field, they have been able to see the amazing boosts in self-confidence their patients receive from certain cosmetic dental procedures. Being able to see these remarkable benefits enjoyed by their patients led the Winters to their current passion, medical spa services.
